Role: Workday Specialist

You have the opportunity to join a market leading Fintech as a Technical Business Analyst. This company develop cutting edge and complex administration and payments solutions for customers within the Financial Technology industry. Experience required:
+ Experience with configuration of Workday HCM modules - ideally 5+ years' experience across multiple companies and, preferably Workday Certified.
+ Core HCM, Learning, Benefits, Time & Absence, Recruitment, Compensation, Payroll, Tenant set up, Master Data, Reports and Dashboards, EIBs.
+ Experience designing and creating reports to meet requirements, using dashboards, discovery boards and if possible, Prism.
+ Exposure to Workday Financials beneficial.
+ You will be able to use various data sources effectively e.g. extracting, analysing and manipulating system data.

Role overview:
+ You will be resolving functional issues requiring expertise in Workday HCM, taking corrective action as needed.
+ You will coordinate and implement data changes as require.
+ You will be Working with Workday colleagues, responsible for Workday security and integrity controls.
