First of all I want to say a big thank you to you and your team for finding me such a great role at Sony Music, I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd be working for such an amazing company. From the moment I stepped into the building to have my face to face interview with Mani, I knew it was a company I would want to for and if offered a permanent role I'll happily accept. You have always kept me informed and even took the time to call me this afternoon when the application went cold. Having worked for a recruitment agency's IT dept, I know how a recruiter's time is precious as no fees are paid unless a position is filled. So many times it's a case of thanks but no thanks, however it's left to the absence of an email to state as much or a generic email. Your manner, professionalism and call meant you care more about your candidates then just another position filed.
Simon Girven leads the most effective and efficient quality recruitment team I have ever come across. I have both used many times and been placed by The JM Group over the last 30 years. I have used Simon’s team in various roles I have had across multiple industries, including Investment Banking, Asset Management, Travel, Sports Betting and Fin Tech and their knowledge of the market and where to find the right key talent, their ability for filter candidates and their ability to understand what is needed rather than always requiring a details job description, really does set them apart from the rest.
