We are working with a renewable energy company based in Scotland who are looking for a
Vendor Manager to create a new Service Delivery Operating model within the organisation.
As a result, you will need to be able to:
Responsible for setting up and managing outsourced vendors who provide 1st and 2nd line support and work with internal IT to deliver best in class service.
Facilitate and maintain relationships between the organization and vendors/partners, negotiating contracts and creating standards for the vendors
Ability to take management information and monitor IT KPI's
Work closely with IT Leadership Team, HR team on the development and implementation of training programmes to raise awareness of IT productivity tools
Will work on the IT Disaster Recovery Plans
The person will possess solid ITIL and Project Management experience
You will implement an ITIL based environment methodology
Demonstrable knowledge of key processes and tools for managing an operational digital service, e.g. Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
Responsible for the operational performance of business systems and applications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
