Share Incentive solicitor

Our client is a reputable accounting and business advisory firm based in the United Kingdom. With a history spanning several decades, they have established themselves as a trusted partner for businesses of all sizes, providing expert guidance and support in areas such as audit and assurance, tax, corporate finance, and more

They are now looking for an experienced Share incentive solicitor to join their Corporate team. The role will involve working with their SME Clients, understanding their business needs and objectives, and then developing tailored incentive schemes that align with those goals .

In order to be successful, you must be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE practicing in employee share incentives. You will need to have strong client care as well as excellent drafting, communicating and analytical skills.
