Permanent role in Central London
Salary of £35k to £40k
You will be responsible: Ticket Management, Incident/ Problem Management, Application Support, Communication Support, User Administration and Device Set Up/ Management.
Must have a broad technical background and highly proficient in supporting the following:
oBasic Networking - VPN & WiFI
oMicrosoft Authenticator (MFA)
oCherwell/ServiceNow (or similar)
*Experience of supporting users in different locations and time zones.
*SDI Service Desk Analyst certification or equivalent, ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
*Prior experience of Financial Services, Private Equity and/or Asset Management.
