The Role

As an Order Delivery Manager working for a growing Telecommunications company you will be responsible for taking orders from customers, verifying these, placing them with the supplier and acting as the main stakeholder both internally and externally. You will have previous experience in a similar service delivery/provisioning role from an ISP/Telecoms background, ideally working with Ethernet and Broadband products.

Prince 2 experience is desirable however the company do offer Prince 2 training up to Practitioner level

Key Responsibilities

*Working with customers both in the UK and some International to provision Ethernet services
*Placing and verifying orders for Ethernet and Broadband orders
*Acting as the main stakeholder both internally and externally
*Working with suppliers with as BT Openreach, BT Wholesale and Virgin Media
*Liaising with suppliers, taking ownership of delays and escalating when required
*Ensuring clients are kept updated in a timely manner
*Coordinating orders in line with the delivery dates given by your customer
*Managing projects to strict deadlines

The Requirements

As an Order Delivery Manager you will have the following experience:

*2 years minimum experience in a similar service delivery/provisioning role within an ISP/Telecoms company
*Experience placing Ethernet and Broadband product orders
*Any experience in working and order management of PSTN, SIP and VoIP is desirable but not essential.
*Any experience ordering through BT Openreach, BT Wholesale or Virgin Media is beneficial
*Experience in Prince 2 or Six Sigma experience is advantageous.
