IT Support Engineer required by a leading Global Consultancy based in Central London paying £28,000 - £32,000 P.A. as well as an excellent benefits package.

The IT Support Engineer will be working in the Information Technology department providing 1st and 2nd line support, this will include user support, computer setup, maintenance and service, telecommunications, network and infrastructure maintenance and all other technology needs in the office.
The IT Support Engineer must have the following:
*A 2:1 (or higher) Degree in an IT / Technology related field
*A minimum of a year of commercial experience in a similar role
*Experience supporting large user bases (500+), including VIP Support
*ITIL Foundation Certified (v3 or v4) and a clear understanding of the ITIL system and ticketing process
*Strong client facing skills and the ability to present technical concepts to management
*Windows 10, Windows server, Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Cloud file share support experience
*Experience working with Service Now
*SCCM or Imaging software experience
*Experience supporting PC / Laptop hardware and software, telecommunications systems, mobile devices, networking and server administration
*The ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions
*Excellent customer services skills
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent stakeholder management skills
