IT Support Analyst (Up to £45k)

An international creative and digital agency are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their London based team. Reporting into the Head of Development, this role will involve managing the build and maintenance of an entirely new infrastructure estate. We require candidates with proven experience in a Support function in a small-medium sized organisation, excellent communication skills and a 'can do' attitude.

Role Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the existing infrastructure
- Supporting European teams with any IT issues
- Expanding and upgrading systems where necessary
- Offering technical input on staff and client needs
- Managing platform security, including regular patching

Technical Understanding:
- Ticket-based help desk experience
- Laptop asset management; imaging, inventory, hardware support etc.
- IT Infrastructure administration
- Working knowledge of MacOS
- Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory (AD)
- Mobile device management, including smart phone provisioning and security
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- Any experience with Salesforce or Sharepoint would be beneficial
