Customer Migration Lead

Rate: c. £65,000-75,000 FTC (Pro rata)
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Working pattern: Hybrid

Role: Customer Migration Lead

You will join a market leading Global Financial Services company who offer expertise in data science, change management and transformation for customers within the Financial Technology industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team who have amassed more than 700 clients worldwide.

Experience required:
+ Working experience of creating, rolling out and managing customer migration and transition plans.
+ Experience in change management on a large scale.
+ Experience with trouble shooting issues/ challenges.
+ You will have the ability to translate technical language, particularly relating to batch uploads and. APIs, to a business audience.
+ You will have experience within the Financial Services industry.

Role overview:
+ You will be attending project meetings to ensure all customer related activities are coordinated and cascaded in a controlled manner.
+ You will be working with the lead CRM/other MIB teams (such as the product SMEs) where required to support migration and transition activities.
+ You will be responsible for the 400 customers who need to transition to the new services - the customer facing element of which is key.
+ You will be working with the project engagement support role in the coordination of customer actions plans to ensure changes to plans are communicated to the project team effectively.
