Contact Centre Business Analyst

The client is a leading utilities company, we are seeking a contact-centre Business Analyst on a 6-month contract based in Luton, paying a daily rate of £400 to £450 (dependent on experience).

You will be working on the company's Customer Experience Improvement Programme and help fill the gap between Business & IT.

You responsibilities will include:
*Working with stakeholders to identify required process flows
*Working closely with stakeholders to define the as-is process and to-be processes using Business Process Modelling
*Definition of test criteria and use cases to test above processes Gathering requirements and their validation throughout the project lifecycle

Essential experiences/qualities you possess:
*5+ years of experience working as a BA
*Have experience of working as a BA on multiple projects through the entire project lifecycle
*Extensive experience in producing and delivering prioritised Business Requirements using MoSCoW, Business Process Models using BPMN, Use Case Models and Descriptions.
*Strong experience of working with workflow based solutions
*Have extensive Microsoft office experience: Word, Excel, Visio
*Be educated to professional level or equivalent, ideally BCS/ISEB certification or equivalent.

Preferred experiences/ qualities you possesses:
*Any experience within contact centre or retail environments would be valuable
