Client Technology Analyst - 3rd Line Support
The JM Group are working with a leading wealth management client who are looking for a Client Technology Analyst, based in the City of London on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to £430pd.
The Client Technology Analyst will be responsible for providing 3rd line technical support across the business.
The Client Technology Analyst must have the following skills:
*Experience of providing 3rd Line Support.
*Experience working on Windows 7 - 10 and Office 365.
*Previous experience of Microsoft SCCM Current Branch.
*Must have an advanced level of PowerShell.
*Experience of troubleshooting SSL VPN issues.
*Experience working with Citrix XenDesktop 7.x.
*Experience of Group Policy Management.
*Previous experience of OS Virtualisation technologies: VMWare vSphere and Workstation.
*Must have excellent communication skills.
