Business Change Project Manager - Contact Centre/ Telecoms Operation
I'm searching for a dynamic, experienced Business Change Project Manager to join a blue chip client on a contract basis. This will be a 3 months rolling contract to reorganise and redesign the Operational Telecom Centre.
The role will be based near North London.
***** The daily rate for this role is £500 to £600 dependent on experience *****
Your responsibilities will also include:
*Monitoring in real time and executing a plan to redesign our client control centre
The ideal Business Change Project Manager will have the following Experience:
*Must have extensive experience redesigning a telecom operations centre
*Business improvement experience
*Must have experience within the Facility management space
*Outsourcing experience required
*Proven experience of organisational change and relocating teams
The client would ideally be looking for someone with retail experience!
Essential qualities the ideal candidate will have:
*Must be a driving Force
*Strong stakeholder management skills
*Able to deal with resistance
*Excellent communication skills
