The Business Analyst role will involve being the sole BA capturing, analysing, and documenting all business and technical requirements enabling the definition of scope and mechanisms for the delivery of change.
This role will involve supporting the Head of Business Change and Programme Manager, collecting and analysing business and technical requirements and documenting changes for technical and business specifications.
Skills/ Experience Required
*Previous experience as a Business Analyst within a change area
*Strong understanding of technology and software platforms
*Experience working within a small organisation
*Worked within an Agile environment
*Knowledge of Agile Principals
*Good business process modelling skills
*Able to produce good documentation and specifications
*Understanding of customer development
*Able to translate technical issues into business language and commercial understanding
*Excellent interpersonal skills (including negotiation skills)
*Good relationship building abilities
*Statistical analysis skills
*Good documentation skills
*Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
*Outstanding communication skills (Written and Verbal)
*Good stakeholder management skills
*Lean/Six Sigma or similar
*Educated to A lever or equivalent
