This role is the first point of contact for all calls and will be part of a large service desk. This role is full time but on a rota basis.

*Strong computer skills
*Proficient with MS Office
*Knowledge or windows operating systems (beneficial)
*Understanding of Network Infrastructure (Beneficial)
