Project managers are found across all kinds of industries, working on a wide variety of projects. In manufacturing, a project manager is responsible for leading a team of engineers and workers, focusing on the day-to-day manufacturing duties.

As such, they are there to ensure that assembly, product development, and new product introduction go as smooth as possible. They do this by liaising with various members of their team, addressing any problems, and allocating resources and team members as needed to different parts of the project to meet their employer’s goals.
