My client is the world's leading global open banking platform experience that gives customers the ability to prototype, build and scale financial products globally with one contract and one set of APIs.

They are continuing to grow their product capabilities and international expansion and they are also looking to expand our sales footprint into wider economies. They have identified some very exciting sectors where they have already started to gain traction and are therefore looking to grow the Workplace Technology Engineering Team.

We're looking for a Workplace Engineer Lead, this department administrator innovates the IT systems internally and reports to the Global Head of Workplace Technology.

They have little to no on-site infrastructure and rely heavily on a collection of SaaS products. The majority of their endpoints are macOS, although they are also using Windows and iOS devices, we are looking for a Mac expert.

Currently, they have over 500 employees - in Europe, South East Asia and North America.


- Build out and lead a team of Workplace Technology engineers to deliver a first-class experience to the business across all internal IT platforms
- Be accountable for the implementation of the vision, strategy, operational stability and innovation in Workplace Technology Engineering
- Be accountable for key internal IT systems such as MDM, email, and file storage, as well as being involved in the selection and implementation of new systems
- Assist in IT aspects of audits as required - Client is ISO 27001 certified
- Work with the IT Service Desk team to solve complex issues, as well as identifying and eradicating the causes of commonly logged tickets
- Work alongside our InfoSec team to maintain and enhance our security posture on endpoints and within SaaS applications
- Help the business succeed in a time of rapid scaling by utilising your experience to solve the associated challenges
- Work on individual and team projects often spanning multiple technologies and geographical regions
- Document IT policies and procedures


- Expert knowledge of macOS
- Experience designing, deploying, and supporting internal IT systems in an enterprise environment
- A methodical and logical approach to problem-solving with a sense of ownership
- A high level of knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) products across all platforms, ideally including Jamf Pro
- A holistic understanding of SaaS products in an enterprise environment
- Strong scripting skills in some/all of bash, zsh, python, powershell and SWIFT
- Experience configuring and supporting Identity Access Management (IAM) / Single Sign-On (SSO) tools
- Experience in financial services or a certified environment (one of ISO27001, PCI, ISAE3402) is highly desirable
