Role: Vendor Risk Compliance Analyst

You will join a market leading Global Financial Services company who offer expertise in data science, change management and transformation for customers within the Financial Technology industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team who have amassed more than 700 clients worldwide.

Experience required:
+ Experience of Vendor Risk Compliance Processes.
+ You will have data analytical skills as well as experience in Identifying, categorizing, abstracting, and presenting key information in the specified format.
+ Experience in administration of contract databases/repositories using contract management software or client-provided tools.
+ Experience in working on contracts related projects.
+ Proficient in working on Excel and data representation skills as well as creating and updating dashboards.
Experience of negotiation and constructive resolution of conflicts.

Role overview:
+ You will define and enhance vendor risk assessment criteria for in the scope third parties.
+ You will assist with standardized reports, templates and scorecards used to inform management on third party risks.
+ You will be presenting third-party findings to various levels of leadership. Managing client relationships, handling escalations, and reviewing work of subordinates and assist with special projects.
+ You will be working with the risk functions to ensure pre-contract and post-contract due diligence and risk assessments are completed timely.
+ You will prepare and distribute monthly business performance packs and other process related reports and ensure company policies, processes and procedures are clearly defined, updated, and documented.
