Our client is looking for a candidate must have strong facilitation and instructional design skills as well as strong eLearning content creation experience.

Previous experience of producing training material focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or HCM **essential**

Your Responsibilities will include:
*Developing and delivering training to cover core financial modules and HCM in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
*Creating training documents will focus on embedding effective business processes, a new culture and "new way of thinking"
*You will be part of a team that is responsible for the design, development of Train the Trainer, Super User and End User sessions.

Principal Accountabilities
*Design and development of training media and other documentation such as simulations, lesson plans, handouts, manuals, exercises, assessments and data requirements.
*General project communication (including issuing status reports where required).
*Quality assurance and quality control reviews, including liaising with the Subject Matter Experts to ensure products meet client requirements.
*Develop training material prototypes and presentations where required.
*Ensuring the learning environment and resources support learner needs.
*Preparing the learning environment and resources, including setting up of training data where appropriate.
*Supporting and coaching Trainers, Super Users and learners using learning technologies to deliver skills.
*Developing peer networks to keep abreast of current thinking.
*Maintaining appropriate % complete of learning development reports.
*Other training activities prescribed by the Training Manager.
