Role: Test and Release Manager - Digital

Duration: Permanent

Location: London 2 days per week / 3 days from home.

Salary: Basic, £5,000 car allowance, annual bonus, staff discounts

I am working with a global fashion retailer who is undergoing a major digital transformation and actively growing their global test and release team.

As a Test and Release Manager you will be responsible for delivering and managing Quality Assurance and End to End testing across multiple projects which will also include continuous delivery stream within the digital domain

Main responsibilities include:

Maintaining the digital test strategy in alignment with overarching Portfolio QA/test strategy.
Perform planning for release management with internal and external third parties in alignment with digital programme strategy
Collaboratively work with Test Leads, Test Engineers, Test Analysts, Product Owners and Project Managers to manage quality across all digital streams
Understand the concept of CI/CD and how test/build pipelines work in an agile workstream
Responsibility for task management of allocated test analysts on a project, both New Look internal and Third Party on and offshore

What you bring to the role:

Experience in test and release management within the digital and/or retail domain.
Experience planing and managing all phases of IT testing across multiples projects.
Understanding of CD/CI and test/building pipelines in an agile workstream.
Previous experience of using testing tools e.g. JIRA Defect, Selenium, FitNesse, JMeter
Experience managing and leading testing teams.
Agile/Waterfall
