This role will provide 2nd line technical support onsite and remotely. Providing both software and hardware support with responsibility for the full lifecycle of incident and problems.
This role will be within the technical support and engineering team.
The ideal Technical Support Engineer will have the following key skills and experience:
*Good windows 7&10 skills
*2nd line technical support experience
*Previous experience within IT Support
*Able to troubleshoot effectively
*Understanding of Microsoft Office skills
*Experience with networks, protocols and internet technologies
*Excellent skills with the following
*Worked within SLA previously
*Experience within a customer facing environment
*Previously worked within an IT service provider environment
*Degree level or equivalent in computer science or similar discipline
*Strong Microsoft server and Microsoft adjacent application skills
*Comp TIA A+
