Technical Support Engineer - 1st/2nd Line Support

Technical Support Engineer required by a global media company based in the City of London, paying up to £165 per day, on an initial 1-month contract.

Technical Support Engineer required to work as part of a team to support and resolve any issues. They will be responsible for understanding the callers needs and provide professional support.

The Technical Support Engineer must have the following skills:

-Must have experience of Microsoft Windows environment.
-Previous Experience of providing 1st/2nd Line Support.
-Experience of setting up user's accounts.
-Strong experience of Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, and Citrix.
-Knowledge of common application programs.
-CompTIA A+ certification.
-Must hold a valid driver's license. (Essential).
-Excellent communication skills.
