The Role
The JM Group are currently working with a leading company who are looking to hire a Technical Business Analyst. This role will be working as part of a new programme supporting platforms across multiple locations. This role would suit a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst with experience on the delivery of software solutions.
This in-house developed system and associated intellectual property is core to the business and growing at the time, so this is a role with stability, longevity and opportunity for you too.
The team are all remote based at the moment, they have multiple offices across the UK that you can be based from as and when the current situation changes.
The Responsibilities
As a Technical Business Analyst you will be involved in:
·Bridging between the product owner and business stakeholders and developers to determine what and how they will implement the desired features
·Involved in translating requirements into solutions including business logic and algorithms, data storage and manipulation, API definitions and user interfaces
·Lead workshops with stakeholders and Business Analysts
·Working with stakeholders at various levels
·Supporting the IT development and testing team with any issues or data queries
The Requirements
As a Technical Business Analyst you will have the following skills and experience:
·Previous experience in a Technical Business Analyst and/or Systems Analyst role
·Knowledge of SQL
·Previously worked with Object Orientated Analysis & Design and UML (Unified Modelling Language)
·Database design experience is an advantage
·Strong active listening and analytical skills are essential to this role
·Strong stakeholder management experience
·Financial services experience
