Role: System Analyst

Experience required:
+ Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or a Computer Science related field.
+ You will have experience in operations analysis, planning and monitoring.
+ Exposure to Lean Six Sigma.
+ Strong technical skills, particularly in applications that support communication and collaboration, creation and maintenance of requirements artefacts, modelling of concepts, tracking issues, and increasing overall productivity.
+ Financial sector exposure would be really beneficial for this role.
Role overview:
+ You will collaborate with IT teams, business subject matter experts, project managers and other project stakeholders to build relationships across the Group and to solve business problems.
+ You will engage with business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into proposed solutions.
+ You will understand business and client needs, translating them into business and IT requirements for design, implementation and testing.
+ You will propose and capture solutions, assessing the change to operational requirements.
+ Use a variety of tools and techniques to tailor designs for internal and external users.
