Role: Service Desk Analyst
Salary: £28,000-£32,000
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

A London based Solicitors firm that specialises in personal injury and clinical negligence are looking for an IT Teams Coordinator to join their team.

Experience Required:
+ You will have working knowledge of networks including Active Directory, Exchange mailbox administration, Microsoft 365 and NTFS share permissions.
+ You will have experience supporting Citrix environments.
+ You will have familiarity with the following hardware and software technologies or platforms: Windows 10, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, BigHand, Mimecast, Sophos Endpoint Protection, Barco ClickShare, Sophos UTM, Sophos WAPs, Cisco switches, MS Surface Hub.
+ Knowledge of Mac OSX desktop is highly desirable.
+ Relevant experience in the legal sector is high advantageous.

Role Overview:
+ You will provide end user training and IT assistance on all core desktop applications and technologies.
+ You will be providing support and feedback Service Desk Analysts and the Service Desk Team Leader.
+ You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support and occasionally 3rd line support with assistance from the Infrastructure Manager.
+ You will set up and maintain all PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and meeting room equipment.
+ You will oversee IT equipment loans, including checking all kit in and out and chasing non-returned kit.
