Service Desk Analyst - remote working

We are working with a technical company that provides scientific, engineering, systems integration, and technical services who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst.
You will support internal and/or external customer responding to requests and solving problems impacting delivery of IT services.

6 months contract - £600 p/d inside of IR35 - Remote Working - SC Clearance required.

Skills required:

*Microsoft Operating Systems
*Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite Support experience
*Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills
*Demonstrated telephone etiquette skills
*Must have good problem determination skills
*ITSM and ITIL understanding
*Mobile device support experience
*Networking environments including wireless
*PC/Technical Support service desk experience
*SC Clearance Required.
