Service Delivery Manager (Telecommunications)
Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits including annual bonus, 24 days holiday (including birthday) + bank holidays + Training + other perks such as Prince 2 training

The Role
We are currently working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager. This role would suit someone that is currently in a managerial role within an ISP/Telecoms company with an understanding of Ethernet, MPLS, VoIP and SIP.

The Responsibilities

As a Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:
*Supporting and supervising a Service Delivery team
*Reviews of supplier performance
*1 2 1 's with team
*Recruitment, mentoring, training and assessing performance
*Continually assessing and amending policies and procedures, offering any new ideas you may have
*Act as an escalation point for the service delivery team

The Requirements

As a Service Delivery Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

*Team management experience
*ISP/Telecoms background
*Strong understanding of provisioning and/or product
*Experience in connectivity and hosted voice
*Previous project management experience, Prince 2 preferred however the company do provide training up to practitioner level
