Senior Project Manager - Strategic Change - Insurance - Business Readiness

Senior Project Manager required by a global insurance business based in either Surrey, Essex or Berkshire. The Senior Project Management position is paying up to £85,000 + £5,000 car allowance and will be joining a growing strategic change team.

The Senior Project Manager will be playing a lead role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and to budget. The change initiatives will be focussed on people change, including changes to business processes, organisational structures and technology.

The Senior Project Manager must have the following:

-Extensive experience delivering change management projects and initiatives.
-Experience working as a manager or senior manager with a people change background, ideally in a Big 4 Consultancy for over 3 years.
-Experience delivering change management in the insurance sector.
-Experience working on target operating models and knowledge of process change approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma.
-Experience managing work streams and projects on large complex operations change programmes.
-Excellent stakeholder management skills.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
