Senior IT Support Analyst job in - April · The JM Longbridge Group

We are working with a leading UK firm of accountants and business advisers who are looking for a Senior IT Support Analyst to work on technical/complex IT Support issues and assist with IT projects, procurement, hardware and closely with other teams within the IT department.

The role:

* Deliver IT support to a varied users
* To configure, support and manage a variety of IT hardware
* Work within a shift rotation (between 0700-1900 Mon-Fri) and provide out of hours support (24/7) on rotation

Skills required:

* Proven experience of working in a Senior IT Support Analyst role
* ITIL
* In depth understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and desktop/laptop imaging
* In depth understanding of Windows 10 OS
* 1-2 years working in a senior IT support role
* In-depth Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory

Desirable

* Experience of accountancy applications and Worksite DMS
* Knowledge of Citrix
