Your team will be responsible for the resolving incidents, completing service requests & providing technical support to IT project managers to implement, upgrade and deploy systems and applications.
*Provide technical expertise and guidance to peers and inter-departmental teams over a variety of tasks.
*Working with the IT Service Management team ensure service level agreements are maintained through incident resolution, service request completion and problem management.
*Provide technical assistance and advice for audits both internally and externally and manage the completion of any required mitigation actions.
*Work with IT project Managers to provide technical leadership in the design & implementation of new systems and maintenance of existing systems.
*Resolving incidents and completing service requests within agreed SLA's.
*Lead the team and communications in team leads absence.
*Provide practical technical skills during project delivery lifecycle.
*Day-to-day infrastructure maintenance, including but not limited to the management of multi-site Windows 2008 R2 / 2012 / 2016 /2019 Active Directory Domains.
*Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange and MS System Centre Suite
*Backup systems such as Veeam & Data Protector.
*Good understanding of Networking fundamentals and virtualised networks.
*Load Balancing such as Kemp & F5 Big-IP.
