The role will be supporting the Financial Crime team with clearing a significant backlog of sanctions and PEP Alerts.

Daily rate of £350 to £390
The successful Sanction Analyst will be responsible for the following:
*Reviewing alerts made against the client and determine whether they are "true matches" using our client's screening tool, 'Oracle Watchlist Screening' (OWS), within the agreed SLA
*Provide weekly progress reports of alerts reviewed
*Identify trends and patterns to aid in efficient clearance of these alerts aid in the efficient clearance of these alerts
*Where required, provide assistance in projects relating to screening solutions for all aspects of financial crime
*Produce MI for inclusion in monitoring dashboards and various reports
* Provide weekly progress reports to the Senior Analyst, Sanctions detailing the alerts that have been reviewed.
The ideal candidate will have the following attribute:
*Self-starter with a "can do" attitude
*Collaborative approach and a good team player
*Prioritisation and conflict management Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
*Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
*Planning / organisational skills would be beneficial to support the project
*Three "A" levels
*2+ years of relevant work experience
