We are currently representing a highly esteemed law firm who are on the lookout for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor.
The firm's Real Estate department is at the core of their business and plays a crucial role in serving a diverse clientele. In this role, you will work on an array of property transactions catering to different clients, ranging from registered providers to private developers engaged in projects with varying scales.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-Managing and coordinating due diligence for significant portfolio transactions on behalf of clients.
-Providing expert advice on a wide range of property-related legal matters, including section 106 agreements, development agreements, title issues, and legal completions.
-Assisting the team and contributing to the development of junior fee earners.
-Preparing comprehensive reports on Titles, negotiating agreements for lease, leases, and Transfers, and handling various aspects of property transactions, such as SDLT and VAT implications.
-Building and nurturing client relationships to foster future growth.
The ideal candidate will :
- Be between 4 to 6 years of PQE as a property solicitor, with a strong focus on portfolio transactional work.
- Have at least a 2:1 at degree level
- Ideally have project management experience
- Ideally have prior experience with Registered Providers
