QA Engineer - Automation job in - April 2020

Financial Software Firm is hiring for a QA Engineer for their team with strong automated testing skills. This is a permanent role, based in London and the salary ranges from £45K - £60K, depending on experience. My client is seeking a QA Engineer with skills in coding, quality and testing. You will report to the Head of QA.

Responsibilities include:
* Develop and execute automated test cases
* Ensure the highest quality product delivery with the QA team
* Work with the Development team to understand the technical requirements
* Interpret and report testing results

You must have over 6 years QA testing experience, predominantly working on automated testing frameworks. API experience is essential for this role.

* Experience in working with cloud-based environments - preferably AWS
* Experience with executing automation tests on CI/CD
* Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, Rest Assured and SOAPUI Pro, GitLab
* Working knowledge of Windows, Unix and Linux Operating Systems
* Understanding of the SDLC
