Role: Property and Speciality Treaty Claims Advisor
Location: City of London
Salary: £45,000+
Working Pattern: Flexible (remote with occasional travel/ hybrid)

A world leading specialist of insurance and reinsurance is seeking a Property and Speciality Treaty Claims Advisor to join their London team.

Experience required:
+ You will have experience dealing with property losses and catastrophes or casualty claims.
+ Ideally you will have experience in EDC (Lloyd's and LIRMA).
+ You will have exposure to large losses.
+ You will be ACA qualified or working towards being qualified.

Role Overview:
+ You will be determining coverage and setting reserves and settlement claims predominantly in property treaty.
+ You will be liaising with co-insuring syndicates, companies and claims bureaus on large contentious claims.
+ You will be assigning, managing, controlling and liaising with relevant service providers during the life of a claim (including lawyers, loss adjusters, third party administrators).
+ You will ensure that Chaucer's systems and procedures are up to date, are compliant with Lloyd's and FCA.
+ You will building and maintaining relationships with brokers, adjusters, agents, coverholders, TPA's and other service providers.
