My client is leading cloud provider who specialise in giving their clients in financial services a first-class investment platform through the cloud. They already have 100,000 users with excess on 1 trillion assets!!! They only use the most cutting edge tech available in the market

My client is looking for bright and talented individuals seeking to expand personal knowledge and expertise in project management. This position is appropriate for self-starters with strong analytical and organisational skills, as well as excellent command of project management approaches and a strong sense of ownership. The ideal candidate will have experience in this field and be highly capable of quickly mastering new key concepts.

Key Responsibilities

●Break down projects into milestones, deliverables and activities
●Work with Delivery Managers and Project Coordinator to slot resources to activities
●Prepare weekly client-facing status reports
●Prepare weekly internal status reports
●Manage proprietary project management tools
●Manage project finances (spend vs. budget, estimated time to completion, etc.)
●Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to practice good project governance, promote client happiness and look for upsell opportunities
●Be accountable for delivery
●Leverage subject matter experts relentlessly to determine the optimal delivery approach
●Ensure good project go-live, including coordinating with Technical Operations and Production Support
●Report weekly project KPIs to divisional leadership
●Participate in weekly internal project management and resourcing meetings
●Communicate well with clients about project progress


●Bachelor's Degree
●3-10 years' experience in project management, exposure to agile project management methodologies preferred.
●Strong analytical skills
●Strong organisational skills
●Strong sense of ownership
●Expert with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
●PMP and/or knowledge and implementation of a project management methodology strongly preferred
●Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload (personal management)
●Passion to learn emerging technologies and embrace continuous professional development is a must
●Strong problem-solving skills
●Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done, while remaining organised during the process
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills
