Project and Process Manager

Project and Process Manager - Amsterdam

The JM Group are working with a third sector company who require a Project and Process Manager on an initial 6-month contract, based in Amsterdam, paying €500 per day.

The Project and Process Manager will be responsible for implementing HR process solutions, designing and developing new HR processes based on best practice, and asses change impact at all levels.

The Project and Process Manager must have the following skills:

*5+ years of experience in managing large projects.
*Experience of working with Dynamics 365 (Desired).
*Previous experience implementing HR processes and systems.
*Excellent experience working in a project team to improve HR processes.
*Experience of managing end-to-end projects.
*Strong understanding of organisations operating globally.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills.
*Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
