Location: Surrey, Horsham
Role: PMO Administrator

*Strong Administration and organisational skills
*Good communication skills
*Experienced user of BI, Sharepoint, and Excel
*Proficiency in extracting data from multiple sources/systems
*Some experience in Project or Portfolio Management systems is desirable
*Some data analysis and reporting experience desirable
*Ensure all project information and documents of record and all related correspondence and approvals are accurate, current and consistently filed, managed and categorised in the Document management system (Sharepoint)
*Keep/file record of key meetings (Steering Committee meeting minutes/decisions/actions)and follow up with any approvals/decisions relevant to the PMO to ensure PMO actions are complete
*Oversee relevant processes for PMO new starter/movers
*Support the PMO Operations Manager as required
*Oversee the process of Approvals and PEF applications in Teams/Sharepoint
