Personal Injury / serious Injury Senior associate

My client is a very well regarded, legal 500 ranked firm. They are now looking for an additional solicitor to join their highly rated personal injury department as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will be at least 8 years PQE, be able to run their own high value, complex personal injury cases, whilst directly supervising junior colleagues.

This role sits within a legal500 ranked department, focusing on claims for clients who have sustained serious, life changing and threatening injuries including brain and spinal injuries. The position will involve developing your own caseload of complex claims and you will also be expected to be involved in business development and wider firm activities

To qualify for this role, it is anticipated that you'll have:
- 8 years PQE working on claimant personal injury cases including brain and spinal injuries
- Excellent client care skills, being able to support your client's through difficult times
- Experience of managing your own litigated caseload
- Experience of running million pound claims
