Pensions Administration

We are working with a large Financial Services Organization who are seeking a Pensions Administrator in Liverpool.

Contract role - 3 months with extensions
Pay: £10.29 p/h
Location: Liverpool -onsite

Responsibilities:
o Providing an administration service
o Resolving customer enquiries (oral and written)
o Drafting of non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiries
o Inputting customer details and accessing customer information
Skills:
o Good written and communication skills
o Good attention to detail
o Ability to work to work within laid down processes and procedures
o Basic financial awareness
