Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
Key duties and responsibilities:
*Responsible for handling the UK and Irish monthly payroll by establishing clear processes, and workflows for all operational activities
*Primary contact to respond to queries from the payroll bureau, HR team, Finance team, employees, and external agencies such as HMRC and pension scheme providers.
*Support and administrate the annual salary and bonus reviews including production quarterly bonus review processes for the UK and process accordingly.
*Support the HR team with data collection for agreed Global quarterly KPI's, HR metrics dashboard and perform salary benchmarking
*Responsible for monitoring cut-off dates and ensuring all information, including overtime, bonuses, commissions, car allowances, employee changes, new joiners and leavers are received and processed ahead of prescribed deadlines.
*Prepare annual payroll submissions in conjunction with payroll bureau.
*Prepare P11D submissions, partnering with HR team and Fleet management team as well as payroll bureau.
*Keep well-informed of developments in pension and payroll legislation and ensuring that the HR team are appropriately briefed on relevant changes and new legislation.
*Support the Finance team with the administration of Credit Card and cash expenses.
*Partner the HR team in the administration of all UK employee benefits.
*Prepare monthly payroll journals to submit to the Finance Teams before month-end close Coordinate monthly payroll journal approval by relevant stakeholders (MD, Finance manager, Finance Director) Ad hoc support during month close (reporting monthly financial statement, variance analysis)
