Payroll implementation consultant

We are working with a consulting company who is looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant to support their global program in UK and EMEA.

100% remote - Initial term is 12 months, extension likely

Experience required:

* At least 3 years of experience in defining payroll requirements and implementing payroll systems modules

* Experience executing at least one full-scale payroll system implementation

* Experiences working on complex problems across multiple systems

* Global experiences is desirable

* Proficiency in the following functional areas:

o Working knowledge of Earnings and Deductions configuration elements

o Payroll Execution

o Retroactive Payroll

o Expatriate payroll processing

o Understanding of payroll fundamentals

* Prior experience supporting end-to-end payroll implementation

* Prior experience working on a cross functional delivery team (Comp, Benefits, Time and Absence, Reporting, Payroll)

* University degree required

* Consulting experience is desirable

* Report into the Regional Payroll Program Lead
