Organisational Design Change Programme

The JM Group are partnered with a leading Consultancy in finding an Organisation Design Change Manager

Key responsibilities and skills required are:

*Experience of managing an end to end Organisational Design and Operating model Programmes
*Experience of working with design specialists and Leadership teams to achieve cost savings
*Experience of running HR consultation processes and supporting these.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills to CXO Level
*Previously manged HR Programme and initiatives.
*Start in Jan
*£700 inside IR35
