Permanent role - up to £65K + bonus and benefits - partly remote
We are working with a large company that is looking for an Oracle Cloud Specialist, to join their team based in Hertfordshire, UK. The role will be remote, with a couple of days in the office.
Key responsibilities and skills required:
Provide 2nd/3rd line support for the company's ERP Systems
Work closely with the suppliers and systems integration partners to manage escalations and problem resolution
Support the Oracle SaaS service delivery and manage data and systems
Experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Finance and Accounting plus familiarity with HR, Projects and Procurement modules.
Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, HCM, PPM in a SaaS model
Understanding of Oracle SOA and API solutions
Experience in ERP solutions from Oracle
Excellent technical problem solving and analytical skills
ITIL qualifications, understanding of programme and project management
ITIL Foundation Certificate
