My client is a Global Analytics consultancy based in London City. They mainly work with Insurance and Retail Banking clients.
They provide data-driven solutions to business problems through statistical data mining and modern analytics techniques.
They assist their clients with complex risk minimisation methods, advanced marketing, pricing and CRM strategies, internal cost analysis, and cost and resource optimisation.
->Experience working in Insurance sector; good knowledge of Insurance value chain is highly desirable
->Demonstrable experience of working on Operational Resilience compliance programmes, preferably at large/global insurance firms
->Working knowledge of Operational Resilience policy statement from the FCA and the PRA, and good understanding of regulatory trends associated with operational resilience such as CBI in Ireland
->Good understanding of Operational Resilience domains such as important business services definition, impact tolerance setting, scenario testing, third party assurance, BAU transition etc.
->Ability to interpret and translate regulatory requirements into key business activities and working with business stakeholders to operationalise such activities
->Ability to interface with a wide variety of senior stakeholders from business, Risk Management, BCP, Info Security, Compliance, Procurement and others
->Professional working experience in areas of operational resilience, business continuity, regulatory compliance, risk management, internal controls etc.
->Ability to identify process/compliance gaps, determine root causes, communicate findings to the business, and providing practical recommendations
->Ability to develop a variety of MI reports and executive dashboards, and broader set of client deliverables such as reports, presentations, etc.
->Good business analysis and project management skills, and ability to inspire teamwork and share responsibility with team members
