The role:
* The M365 Administrator will support the day to day operation of the applications, products and services that fall within the scope of platform area, providing an escalation point for support activities, monitoring and maintaining systems, and enabling the delivery of applications services that provide high levels of availability and quality of service
*Responsible for BAU operational support - resolving 3rd line support requests, incidents and problems for SharePoint, M365 Apps for Business, OneDrive for Business, Power Apps
*Providing technical support for AV related incidents requiring M365 Admin centre support
*Understanding of best practices offered by M365/O365.
*Support the adoption of new M365 solutions and processes
*Develop and maintain the M365 roadmap, related standards, procedures
*Incident management - diagnose and prioritise M365 related incidents
*Adhere to Corporate Policies and Procedures, including Code of Conduct, Audit Procedures, and any control related policy
Essential experience
*M365 accreditation
*Experience in M365 Full stack including Teams, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online.
*Windows Client/Server OS (including Windows Virtual Desktop/VDI)
*Azure AD Administration & Conditional Access Policy
*PowerShell
*Cloud Technologies
*Experience in Windows 10, M365, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Online, Azure Cloud Infrastructure and Power BI.
* Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with stakeholders
