Top FTSE FMCG business is looking for an experienced UK Lawyer to work on an 11 month repapering exercises. The successful candidate will need to be strong data privacy contract lawyer, with a commercial background who is able to lead this project independently.
The role will involve repapering and negotiating existing commercial agreements with third parties and key suppliers - locating in scope contracts and drafting amendments in line with new legal requirements.
This position will also require updating of the Global Contracts database (Icertis) to reflect the updated terms
The successful candidate will also need to provide training to the legal teams and update the drill-down manual with new changes in relation to Icertis, and the latest position of ICO
The successful candidate will :
*Be a UK qualified lawyer with at least 8 years PQE
*Have proven data privacy contract experience with a strong commercial background
*Previous experience of repapering - either Safe Harbour Agreements, or GDPR
This role can be mostly home based, but will require a day or two in the London office a week.
