This business is at the forefront of vehicle safety and has seen its products in use across the globe for over forty years. The organisation is based in the UK, with subsidiary businesses across Europe and the USA.
They are now looking to hire an additional lawyer to join the legal team based in Kent.
The role will involve supporting the GC and DPO providing advice and assistance to internal stakeholders and business functions located across multiple jurisdictions. This will include commercial contract work (including IP, IT and software), creating and maintaining templates, managing internal legal processes and registers, as well as supporting the DPO with DP work.
The ideal candidate will have a few years experience of working in a legal setting, drafting and negotiation commercial contracts. The role will also require a broad understanding and working knowledge of data protection
