Legal Counsel - Corporate Commercial

Established legal counsel sought to join Telecommunications business, to support with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, financings, commercial and day-to-day legal matters

Experienced in commercial matters, this role will take a lead in advising the legal team and business stakeholders on a variety of legal matters. It is expected that the successful candidate will assist in negotiation, review and drafting of various contractual documents with customers and vendors. They'll also need to assist with queries relating to commercial contracts and ensure that all documents are in compliance with applicable laws, guidelines, regulations etc.

In order to be successful, it is expected that the candidate will be :

-UK or EU qualified solicitor
-Have at least 5 years PQE in top tier law firm, or in-house counsel
-Proven experience working with commercial contracts with excellent legal drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
-Experience in telecommunications and or procurement / supply chain related contracts
-French, Portuguese or Arabic language skills would be beneficial
