A top 10 FTSE business, my client is looking for a lawyer to join them to support on a 4-6 month contract based out of their Central London office (3 days a week), starting as soon as possible
The focus of the role is to support one of their businesses dealing with new products, advising on all aspects of the procurement arrangements, including technology development agreements, licensing agreements, partnering agreements and manufacturing or supply agreements .
They are looking for an experience legal counsel with a proven track record of advising on complex and high-value global frameworks and cross-border transactions, development agreements, intellectual property (including patents/technology licensing issues) and other operations contractual arrangements. A number of the suppliers are based in China, so experience of work covering this area and Mandarin language skills would be beneficial.
