Incident Manager
I'm looking for a Service management specialist to deliver knowledge within the Incident Management (Security) domain. The successful candidate will be expected to provide governance, expertise and manage incidents with an already established support model.
This will be a 12-month contract based in the City of London.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
*Driving efficiency of the incident management process
*Providing recommendation for improving the current effectiveness of the incident management process
*Must audit the incident management process permitting continuous service improvements
*Communicating and building good, working relationships with stakeholders
*Experience with Technology Risk to identify risk with actions for mitigation/ resolution aligned to a Group Risk Framework
Essential experience:
*Must have been exposed to Incident Management tooling (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA)
*Good knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes
*Sound understanding of managing Security related Incidents within global organisations
*Must have experience of enterprise technologies and large infrastructure environments and the impact on effective Incident Management processes
*Demonstrable good team player skills
*Must demonstrate a proactive approach, 'can do' attitude
*Able to demonstrate good stakeholder management skills across a wide range of different stakeholders.
*Has previously worked within a regulated sector
Desirable experience:
*ITIL qualifications
*Experience working within Insurance sector
