This leading, international practice is looking to hire a solicitor to support its healthcare function, working with the NHS and other public and private organisations on advisory and mental health matters.
This team is nationally recognised, and healthcare remains a core part of the business strategy going forward.
This firm is looking to recruit a solicitor with experience in healthcare and court of protection, to advise on healthcare matters including inquests, court of protection and best interest, safeguarding, public law issues, constitutional issues, judicial review, human rights, mental health and other areas which may arise in a healthcare setting.
